Ben Murphy

Ben has worked in estate agency for almost 20 years and is one of the longest and most experienced agents in Fleet. Having worked for two local competitors working his way up the career ladder, Ben decided to join Selbon to help grow the business further alongside Mark and the rest of the Selbon family. Dealing with a vast range of property Ben has acted for clients from new build properties, starter homes right through to the gorgeous and bespoke Pool and Son houses of the Blue Triangle. He also has a good understanding of land and new homes and property sales in the £1m to £2m range.

His success is supported through ample google and linked in reviews. Ben has lived in Fleet for 40 years and has two daughters. When not working or making fun memories with the girls Ben is a keen cyclist and spends time roaming around the beautiful Hampshire countryside in outlying villages. Ben also volunteers for local charity ‘Sasha’s Project’ which is a great local project.
